Network and server examination

When it is needed

Analysis of servers, network equipment, access logs, incidents, failures, routing and remote access. Such an examination may be needed for court proceedings, a formal claim, negotiations, internal quality checks, work acceptance or assessment of a technical position before a dispute.

What is examined

• analysis of server and network device logs
• examination of access and events
• assessment of failure or incident causes
• contract, technical specifications, detailed technical specifications, annexes, correspondence, acceptance certificates, screenshots and other materials;
• the connection between identified defects and the parties' actions, operation, infrastructure or technical conditions.

Sample questions

• Does the object meet the requirements of the contract, technical specifications, detailed technical specifications or technical documentation?
• Are there technical indicators of the alleged shortcomings or nonconformities?
• What are the possible causes of the failures, defects or discrepancies identified?
• Are the materials provided sufficient for a technical conclusion?

Result

The result may be a specialist opinion, technical memorandum, review, list of acceptance comments or preliminary position for an application to the court.
