Yes, some questions can be examined using the public-facing website, archived copies, screenshots, correspondence and documents. However, access may be necessary for a full analysis of the server side, logs or source code.
Can a specialist opinion be used in court?
A specialist opinion may be used as written evidence or as grounds for an application for a court-appointed examination. The court retains responsibility for its procedural assessment.
Can an existing expert report be reviewed?
