Suitable when you need to preserve an accessible publication, product listing, offer terms, user account page or result produced by an internet service. A dispute over website development may separately require checking functionality and compliance with technical specifications.
What we record and examine
- Specific pages at the stated URLs and publications relevant to the assignment.
- Text, images, accessible documents and observed interface elements.
- Redirects, availability status, action sequence and viewing conditions.
- Screenshots, video recordings, saved files and other agreed recording formats.
What to prepare
- Exact URLs and a list of fragments to preserve.
- A brief purpose, required observation date and description of user actions.
- Whether lawful login, a particular region or other access conditions are required.
- Previously saved copies, if page versions need comparison.

How the work proceeds
We state the address, date and time with time zone, environment used and significant access conditions. We describe the action sequence so the origin of each saved fragment is clear. Where necessary, we agree on preserving original files, checksums and comparison with a previously obtained copy.
What to bear in mind
A page may depend on account, region, cookies, time and user actions. One screenshot does not capture every website state. A current inspection does not automatically establish past page content, and a date printed on the page is not equivalent to an independently established publication date.
How to preserve source data
Send links and identify the relevant fragments. If content may disappear, mention this in your inquiry. For user accounts, we agree on lawful access in advance; do not send passwords through the form. Keep existing copies separate from new ones and state their known acquisition times.
Result and fee
Depending on the assignment, we prepare a technical inspection record, a description of the saved package or a specialist opinion with examination and conclusions. The result identifies the objects, working conditions, methods used and limitations.
We agree on the fee after determining the number of sources, period, volume of messages and attachments, need for device inspection and questions. An initial call of up to 15 minutes is free.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a notarial website inspection?
No. The service provides technical recording and description of the material obtained. If notarial preservation of evidence is needed, a notary prepares the inspection record.
Can you establish what was on a website a year ago?
Today's inspection alone does not establish this. Earlier copies, archive materials and logs can be examined separately, assessing their origin and limitations.
Is this the same service as examining website development?
Recording preserves the observed state. Examining development quality checks functionality, source code, the contract and technical specifications; its scope is agreed separately.
